Setting up FAQs
We want you and your pets to be completely satisfied. Returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Some items, such as opened pet food, treats, or personalized products, are not eligible for return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.
